In-depth interviews with next generation family members identified five practical strategies to help both generations prepare for transition. Explore the 5-step roadmap by reading the full report here.

IMPACT

Diversity. Equity. Inclusion. Accessibility.

In recent years, organizations and individuals have recognized the importance of creating inclusive environments that embrace diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA). The DEIA framework has gained traction across various sectors, from corporations and educational institutions to non-profit organizations and government bodies.

Our Canadian Chamber Network, and their members, believe that diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility are not just buzzwords but critical elements for sustainable success. Many of these same organizations have been on the leading edge of creating DEIA practices within their organizations.

To recognize these initiatives, we have created the Inclusive Growth Awards to serve as a testament to businesses that embrace diversity, equity and accessibility and prioritize inclusive practices. If you know someone that should be recognized for one of these awards, don’t let this opportunity pass you/them by. Nominations close July 28.
