"Leading with Equity" is a session designed to provide employers with a comprehensive understanding of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI). It will address essential EDI concepts, including the impact of microaggressions, the influence of unconscious bias on decision-making, and how these factors affect workplace dynamics.

Attendees will explore effective practices to ensure their workplaces not only embrace diversity but also foster true equity and inclusion. A key component of the session is the VOICE program, which trains individuals with disabilities, equipping them with the skills needed for workplace independence and success.

By integrating EDI principles and leveraging initiatives like VOICE, employers will be empowered to drive meaningful change within their organizations.

This session will enhance attendees understanding, challenge existing practices, and provide actionable steps toward creating a more inclusive work environment. Join us to lead your organization in building a workplace where every employee can thrive.
