"Leading with Equity" is a session designed to provide employers with a comprehensive understanding of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI). It will address essential EDI concepts, including the impact of microaggressions, the influence of unconscious bias on decision-making, and how these factors affect workplace dynamics.

A key component of the session is the VOICE program, which trains individuals with disabilities, equipping them with the skills needed for workplace independence and success.
By integrating EDI principles and leveraging initiatives like VOICE, employers will be empowered to drive meaningful change within their organizations.
