Since 2005, Marcus has completed over 467 lease and sale transactions, representing more than 4.0 million square feet and a value of over $1.2 Billion. Marcus has developed a comprehensive process that never fails to add value to his client’s real estate needs. Due to his depth of experience and understanding of the corporate leasing/sales process, Marcus is consistently approached to represent national and international companies in their leased and owned portfolio of real estate.
