2023 AGM and Conference

One year on and the theme of last year's AGM and Conference theme, Focusing Forward, still feels like a good fit for 2023.

However, as we continue to navigate uncertain times, and with the need to address some of our greatest challenges with increased urgency, this year we want to focus on the importance of working together to find solutions and drive meaningful change. None of us, whether governments, Indigenous Peoples, businesses, not-for-profits or academia can do it alone.

And so, at this year's AGM and Conference, we will be Focusing Forward… Together.

Over the course of two days, public sector, private sector and Indigenous leaders will inspire us, challenge us to think outside-the-box and take steps to work together and chart a path to a future where businesses prosper, British Columbians thrive and communities flourish.

Join us in Whistler, May 31 – June 2, 2023, for the BC Chamber of Commerce 2023 AGM and Conference, and experience a place where community thrives, nature is protected and guests are inspired on the shared, unceded territory of the Lil'wat People, known in their language as L̓il̓wat7úl, and the Squamish People, known in their language as Sḵwx̱wú7mesh.

"The salmon cycle of life, The four directions, the world the fish travel and come home every four years to where they were born. I placed the salmon in a circular design to represent the travels we all do together on mother earth. The colours used are inspirational for my inner spirit expression of art, and everything I see everything I feel."

Cancellation & Substitution Policy:

Payment is non-refundable for cancellations made within 10 business days of an event, or non-attendance on the day. Complimentary substitution of another member of your company is accepted.

Hotel Pricing and Information

Book early and access conference group rates* at the Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa.

*To receive group rates, hotel reservations must be booked by Monday, May 1, 2023. Group rates will be honoured three days pre/post conference based on availability.

$239 plus taxes: Hilton Room (includes two double beds) or King/Queen Studio
$289 plus taxes: Premier Studio (includes a pull-out sofa sleeper; ideal for families)

Note:

A Resort Fee of $25.00 per room per night plus applicable taxes will be added to each room night.
A $30.00 charge is applicable for each additional adult (over 18 years old) over double occupancy.
Nightly, secured underground parking is available at $38.00 per night (plus 5% GST) for self-parking. Valet parking is available at $41.00 per night (plus 5% GST).
